Deer Industry Gross Margin Budgets
Below are deer farming budgets prepared for a RIRDC funded project aimed at having some gross margin budgets for the deer industry. Such budgets enable current and intending deer farmers to make comparisons between the deer industry and other farming enterprises.
The Excel files below can be downloaded so that you can interact and explore various options by changing inputs in the spreadsheet. You will not be able to alter the website versions of these sheets. (NB: Microsoft Excel required to open these documents). *
The two PDF files below cannot be altered but can be printed for use in making comparisons with other enterprises. A full range of comparative sheep and cattle budgets is available on the NSW Department of Industry and Investment website (click here) and possibly other sites. *
